• In response to our November meeting with ADEQ, several amendments were made, including:

  • Capping annual fee adjustments at 4% based on Consumer Price Index (CPI) for all years

  • Eliminating the CPI adjustment for the solid waste landfill disposal fee

  • Delaying the CPI adjustment date from January 1, 2026, to July 1, 2026, with subsequent adjustments made annually thereafter
